We are a group of local people who felt strongly that someone needed to save The Old High for the community. We formed a legal entity (SCIO SC054234) and appointed an interim board to submit a bid to buy The Old High.
| Jean Slater Chair | A retired Senior Social Worker (child care) and former Inverness Depute Provost, Jean is also the Chair of a national housing association. She is a Past Chair of the Inverness Festival Association, Secretary of Inverness Town Twinning and a trustee of charity Friends of Raigmore Hospital. |
| Maureen Kenyon Vice-chair | Maureen is a local historian, Honorary President of Inverness Local History Forum and the author of several books about the history of Inverness. |
| Thomas Prag Vice-chair | A retired broadcaster who founded local Moray Firth Radio, Thomas is also a former Councillor and member of the boards of Inverness Harbour Trust, UHI, Highlife Highland, Eden Court Theatre Inverness and Chamber of Commerce. He currently sits on the CAB Board and is a member of Inshes Community Association. |
| Chris Lewcock Secretary | Chris is a retired central and local government town planner, research manager and university lecturer. A former councillor, he has experience dealing with development proposals and listed buildings and community engagement. |
| Donald Mackenzie Treasurer | Local businessperson and chartered accountant, Donald is currently Chair of the Crown and City Community Council. |
| Joy Cossar | Joy is a former member of the Old High/St Stephens congregation and has extensive knowledge of The Old High as a former visitor guide. |
| Adrian Harvey | Curator of the Scottish Highlander Photo Archive (Andrew Paterson and Joseph Cook Collections), Adrian is Vice-convener of the Inverness Local History Forum and published author including books on Inverness history. He has a background in national newspapers, advertising and digital marketing. |
| Mhairi Jarvie | An experienced events organiser and fund-raiser for a wide range of causes, Mhairi has raised funds for organisations ranging from her local bowling club to Cancer Research UK. |
| Steve Rowan | Steve has a professional background in social work and was the director of IT company. He is a Board Trustee of Citizens Advice Scotland and CAB and a trustee of a variety of community projects including Knocknagael Ltd. |
